Set up
The set up is quite easy. It is a one-time requirement involving staking a wire down to the perimeter of your lawn. Detailed instructions are included in the operating manual, as well as a complete video demonstrating the set up steps. In addition a small ruler is included to help guide you in the installation. The average set up will take approximately 1 to 3 hours.

No, in fact most people simply stake it down to the lawn, at the ground level. The pegs (also called stakes) hold it down to the ground, and the grass grows over and covers it very quickly. You may bury it up to 3-4 inches (7-10cm) if you desire. (Top)
